Shelters

  • With the distributed architecture of today’s telecom and data networks a large portion of the network, both in metropolitan and rural areas, is installed in outdoor enclosures/cabinets and shelters. Our integrated shelters offer a quick and convenient road to a protected environment, including power supply and climate control for the vital electronics at theses locations.

  • An integrated shelter for smaller telecom sites, Node B, BTS, RSS, POP2 and transmission.

  • Integrated equipment: AC-distribution with surge and lightening protection, Generator back-up supply, DC and battery system, climate system, light and cable management, earthling system.

Environmental Conditions:

The containers are designed and manufactured for a design life of 20 years minimum under the following environmental conditions:

  • Outside temperature range of -25degrees C to +100 degrees C.

  • Humidity – 100%

  • Direct Solar Radiation.

  • Wind speed Resistance of 160Km/h.

  • Resistant to rain, wind, sand and dust.

We Manufacture the shelters based on any customer specifications, with delivery capacity of 90 shelters per month

Air Conditioning

 

  • The shelter is fitted with two or three air conditioning units based on customer requirements

  • The Air-conditioning system is fitted with suitable internal thermostats such that an internal ambient temperature shall be maintained

  • In the event of power interruption the Air- conditioning unit shall automatically resume full operation when power is restored

  • One or two air-conditioners are active while the other unit(s) are in stand-by mode

  • When internal temperatures exceed specific temperatures, the standby air-conditioner will automatically be brought into operation

AC Fuse / Switch Boards

Accommodates circuit breaker/fuses and accessories as follows:

  • fuses for rectifier

  • fuses for A/C

  • fuses for mains input

  • fuses for AC control unit

  • fuses for power sockets

  • fuses for lights

  • over voltage protection for mains input

Sensor Alarms

A variety of alarm sensors/detectors can be installed to a common control panel based on the specifications provided by our customers. Examples:
